Warranty

 Pack Fitter is proud of the products we offer and strive to offer only the best products available in the outdoor market. Most of our manufacturers warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse. Here's the example we like to use, making a comparison to the auto industry. We are all familiar with Automobiles. If you purchase a new vehicle and the motor stops running while under warranty, it will be repaired by the manufacturer. Tires that wear out or hoods that are dented from hitting a tree are obviously not covered. Common sense is the key and will prevail most of the time.

In most cases the product will need to be returned to the manufacturer in which the manufacturer will determine the needs and get back to you as a consumer.  However, we urge you to call us directly or email us directly at consumer@packfitter.com and we will be glad to help you get on your way to better your situation. 

 Returns 

  • Products are protected by PackFitter against defects for 60 days from the receipt of the product(s). After that time, please refer to the manufacturers warranty policy.
  • You may return items sold by PackFitter for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached, and in the original box.
  • Your refund will include the price of the product and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.  Your credit will appear after PackFitter has received and processed your returned item(s) through our return procedure. 

 

Delivery Terms

The standard ground mail service is shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx Ground Home Delivery Services. Faster Shipping may be purchased by the customer if they need it expedited.  Shipments will be shipped as soon as possible.  Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments. Most products will ship within 3-5 business days, but some products may take up to three weeks to ship.

Packfitter is a DBA of Fair Chase Deals and is owned and operated by Mount Logan Management.

 

Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. 

*PackFitter will not accept any used items for return unless it is under our warranty policy with an accepted defect in workmanship or materials.
